Mr. Kelvin is responsible for Zephyr’s finance and operations functions. Prior to joining Zephyr, Mr. Kelvin was Vice President of Finance and Operations at Wasserstein Perella for their private equity and emerging markets divisions. Prior to that, Mr. Kelvin was CFO of Rykä Inc., a publicly traded company, and an audit supervisor with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Kelvin holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
