Mr. Garrett is the senior officer in Zephyr Management’s London office. He serves as the Chairman of the Zephyr Peacock Fund, Zephyr Aurora Fund and Zephyr New Japan Fund and is a member of the PAIP–PCAP investment committee. Mr. Garrett is the former Group Chief Executive Officer of Robert Fleming Holdings Ltd. Mr. Garrett joined Robert Fleming as an investment analyst in 1970, and held several positions in divisions of the company before his appointment as its Chief Executive Officer in April 1997.

Mr. Garrett is a partner of Zephyr Management, L.P. and a director of Zephyr Management, Inc. and Zephyr Management U.K. Ltd. Mr. Garrett has a degree in law from Cambridge University and experience in fund management, investment research and securities businesses.
